Our Rotorshredder (type RS) and rotor impact mill (type RPMV) are powerful crushing machines designed for the recycling industry. The Rotorshredder is typically used for coarse input materials and the rotor impact mill for fine materials. Neither machine uses cutting tools. Stress is placed on the material through exertion of impact, punching and shear forces. The result is a selective disaggregation whereby the different materials of a composite are separated to a great extent. The degree of size reduction can be widely adjusted. In addition, wear-related costs are much lower compared to other processes.
