We specialize in containerized mobile concrete mixing plants for high throughput rates up to 330 cbm/h of compacted concrete. Our containerized mobile concrete mixing plants include the MONOMIX models for plants with one mixer and TWINMIX models for two mixers. Both models feature a DKX twin-shaft batch mixer with throughput rates from 3 cbm to 4.5 cbm of compacted concrete.

Our containerized mixing plants are used wherever a high volume of concrete is required, such as construction sites for concrete roads, airports, dams, new railroad lines, nuclear power plants, canals, ports and other industrial construction sites. Any standard concrete formula can be produced with our mobile concrete mixing plants. Formulas can also be quickly changed.

Our mobile concrete mixing plants can be relocated in just a day and a half. The individual units come with preinstalled electrical and pneumatic systems and are simply plugged together.

We also believe that mobility should not entail compromises for the day-to-day operations of the plant. Mobile plants should be easy to operate, rugged and provide good access for servicing.

With 1,700 employees, OOO Transstrojmechanisazia easily ranks amongst the largest Russian construction companies. It is currently engaged on several large-scale airport projects, where it employs four mobile concrete mixing plants from BHS-Sonthofen’s Monomix and Twinmix model range. All construction sites throughout Russia – from Saint Petersburg to Vladivostok – have one thing in common: with temperatures up to -40° C, their climatic conditions are challenging. Added to this, transport routes are exceptionally long between the individual construction sites.
