When it comes to concrete mixing systems, we have specialized in mobile concrete mixing systems in container design that deliver high throughputs of up to 330 m³ of hardened concrete per hour. The type designations for our containerized concrete mixing systems are ‘MONOMIX’ for systems with one mixer and ‘TWINMIX’ for those with two mixers. Both types make use of twin-shaft batch mixers of type DKX with throughputs ranging from 3 m³ to 4.5 m³ of hardened concrete.

Our containerized mixing systems are used on construction sites that require large volumes of concrete to be mixed on site. Application examples include the construction of concrete roads, airports, dams, new railway lines, power plants, canals, harbors and other large-scale construction sites. Our mobile concrete mixing plants can be used to produce all common concrete recipes. The system also facilitates quick recipe changes.

Mobile concrete mixing systems are designed for rapid setup within 1.5 days. The fully electrically and pneumatically pre-installed transport units are linked up with ease using plug-in connections.

And despite its mobility, the system provides superior usability for reliable day-to-day operation: easy to operate, robust and with good accessibility for maintenance work.

With 1,700 employees, OOO Transstrojmechanisazia easily ranks amongst the largest Russian construction companies. It is currently engaged on several large-scale airport projects, where it employs four mobile concrete mixing plants from BHS-Sonthofen’s Monomix and Twinmix model range. All construction sites throughout Russia – from Saint Petersburg to Vladivostok – have one thing in common: with temperatures up to -40° C, their climatic conditions are challenging. Added to this, transport routes are exceptionally long between the individual construction sites.
