Continuous concrete mixing plants address the needs of construction sites with high demands regarding mass concrete throughput (e.g., hydraulically bound base layer concrete). They deliver high hourly concrete volumes and are generally much less expensive than comparable batch systems.

BHS offers complete continuous mixing plants of various sizes based on the Twin-Shaft Continuous Mixer (type LFK, type designation: MPL). The mixing and weighing platforms are designed for easy and cost-efficient transport to the installation site in an ISO container. The batcher and the control technology allow operators to continuously weigh and adjust the recipe’s components with great precision. The BHS systems have proven particularly suitable for use in hydro dam projects across the globe.
