Natural extracts

Natural goodness

The production of natural extracts involves recovering biological agents from plant raw materials that are usually crushed before processing. To achieve high yields, extraction is typically performed with multiple stages of cake treatment, which may include washing (also in multiple stages), steaming and/or drying. In addition, if you require a gas-tight process, we can supply the necessary technology. Our rotary pressure filters (type RPF), indexing belt filters (type BF) and Autopress (type AP) filter systems meet all the criteria for efficient extraction of natural materials.
