Wet mechanical separation procedures are often used in the processing of ore or industrial minerals. The suspension must then be separated into filter cake and filtrate. In some cases, the filter cake is washed in further stages. The BHS rubber belt filter (type BF) is a well-proven solution for this application. This belt filter is characterized by outstanding reliability, efficient consumption of consumables and high throughput rates.
