Efficient enrichment

Our rotor impact mills (type RPM), rotor centrifugal crushers (type RSMX) and Rotorshredders (type RS) all use a combination of impact and shear forces. These kinds of forces provide an excellent way of selectively crushing composite materials. At many deposit sites, ore or industrial minerals can be extensively removed from the surrounding waste rock using these machines. Compared to conventional processing methods, this dry mechanical processing technology offers excellent potential for increased efficiency. We will be happy to provide you with more information and can perform tests using your material at our technical center in Sonthofen.

New VSI rotor centrifugal crushers with extra high throughput

At the bauma 2016 in Munich BHS-Sonthofen will be presenting the new VSI rotor centrifugal crusher (RSMX) with “TwinDrive” for the first time – i.e. a double drive – for a throughput rate of up to 580 t/h. The first delivered machine has immediately proved to be a success in the treatment of gold-containing ores.
