Consistently outstanding mixture homogeneity

In the mining industry, tailings are frequently used as an economical material for backfilling. Very often, overburden materials must be conditioned, meaning cement, water and other agents may need to be added. In underground mines, the conditioned overburden is also used to stabilize the surrounding medium.

Our twin-shaft batch mixers (type DKX) and single-shaft continuous mixers (type MFKG) are proven solutions for these applications. We can also integrate these mixers into entire mixing plants with metering and control systems. The choice of mixer depends on whether the process requires continuous or batch operation. Both mixers produce highly homogeneous mixtures, are economical to operate and absolutely reliable. They come in a variety of different sizes.
