Flavoring ingredients for beverages manufactured from natural extracts are typically obtained from organic, pre-crushed raw materials. To achieve high yields, extraction is usually performed with multiple stages of cake treatment, which may include washing (also in multiple stages), steaming and/or drying. In addition, the process must often be gas-tight. Depending on the application, our rotary pressure filters (type RPF), indexing belt filters (type BF), pressure plate filters (type PF) are excellent solutions for efficient extraction of ingredients.
