Landfills must be sealed with flexible, cohesive masses to ensure that landfill waste is not contaminated with surface water or ground water. Another application in the landfill sector is waste conditioning.

BHS mixing technology offers reliable solutions for all these applications. Depending on your scenario, we can meet your requirements with our twin-shaft batch mixers (type DKX), our twin-shaft continuous mixers (type LFK) or our single-shaft continuous mixers (type MFKG). For highly demanding continuous mixing technology applications, we also offer a twin-shaft mixer based on the Combimix system. This type of continuous mixing technology allows for adjustable mixing times.

We also offer complete plant solutions, including metering equipment and control systems. Alternatively, you can choose between a conventional stationary solution (type Stabimix) or a containerized plant concept.
