Crushing and upgrading

The BHS rotor centrifugal crusher (type RSMX) reliably performs the following tasks in the field of gravel processing:

• Crushing off-spec gravel fractions
• Increasing the crushed face count
• Destroying brittle rock conglomerates

Thanks to the rock-on-on rock principle, even deposits with a high quartz content can be processed while maintaining low wear-related costs. The patented twin-chamber rotor prevents clogging and increases throughput. Crushing is selective because every single particle of the input material is processed. This is an advantage, especially for deposits with impurities or brittle rock conglomerates, as these components can be selectively removed and product quality can be improved.
