Crushing and upgrading
BHS has a wide range of horizontal-shaft impact crushers (inpact crushers & impact mills) as well as vertical-shaft impact crushers (rotor centrifugal crushers) for producing high-quality rock grains. All of these machines are based on state-of-the-art technology.
Our main product for producing high-quality aggregates is our rotor centrifugal crusher (type RSMX), which we offer in different sizes for throughput rates of 30 to 400 t/h. This machine can be operated with a rock shelf or anvil ring as the impact wall. It can be used for crushing all types of rock (up to 150 mm). The patented twin-chamber rotor prevents clogging and increases throughput. This machine has a wide range of uses:
- Targeted reduction of particle size
- Improving cubicity
- Increasing the crushed face count
- Selective crushing effect
Rugged everyday use
- An RSMX 1222 rotor centrifugal crusher produces aggregate chippings at a limestone quarry in Serbia.
- An RSMX 1222 is used to produce rock chippings and ballast at a quarry in Egypt.
- In Germany's Rhineland-Palatinate region, an RSMX 1222 with rock shelf configuration is used for producing cubical aggregates from round Rhine gravel.
