Control is important, but it does not guarantee quality. It's better to establish an organization that lives and breathes quality awareness.
Our quality management system is documented in our QM manual and DIN EN ISO 9001 certified (edition 12/2008). We are also ATEX certified.
We have an internal system for reporting deviations in quality on a monthly basis. In addition to documenting every single deviation, we perform systematic cause analyses and take targeted measures to avoid errors in the future.
All of our workflows are processed using MySAP ERP2005 software. Our engineering and sales documents are managed in Autodesk-Productstream Professional. In recognition of our efforts, we received the PDM "Best Practice" award in 2004. These systems are the basis for an organized workflow and clear, transparent processes.
We use FEM and DEM computations to upgrade our machines and systems. This ensures that parts and components are designed in a reliable, optimal way.
